Bahamas - Company Incorporation

The incorporation process normally takes 3 to 7 working days.

Please note that we require the following due diligence information on all directors (minimum of 1) and shareholders (minimum of 2) of your current IBC:

Two forms of identification; one of which should be a notarised copy of the individual’s passport; the second can be a National ID card or driver’s licence and wwo references (min. of one professional, the second can be character).

Also, please be advised that we are required to file the Register of Directors and Officers of an IBC with the Registrar General. However, information relating to the shareholders of the company is not available for public disclosure and would only be disclosed if instructed by you or under a court order.
