We can incorporate a ApS company for you in Denmark.
Most companies in Denmark are private limited companies [Anpartsselskab or ApS].
Limited liability companies are registered at the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency and we will be given an CVR identification number upon registration.
The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency will register your company and issue a CVR number. A Company Formation in Denmark typically takes 2 weeks. The DCCA will forward your CVR number to The Central Customs and Tax Administration (CCTA), whom you also have to contact in order to be registered for VAT and Corporate income tax.
The formation agreement is signed by the shareholders and contains the articles of incorporation which contain the name and address of the company, objects of the company, share capital and members of the board of directors and the notice period of the first general meeting of shareholders.
Your Danish Aps Company can start trading after the application has been filed with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
With an ApS private limited company the shareholders may choose whether the company should only have a management board or a management board and board of directors. The board of directors and/or the management board are registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency and have joint responsibility for the administration of the company.
Denmark has adopted a new Company law, there will be an official register held by the Government (Erhvervs-og Selskabsstyrelsen) listing all major shareholders.
A company is given a registration number (CVR number) immediately after being registered by the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency, so the advantage of acquiring a Ready Made company is not very significant.
