Nominee Agency - Fees

The cost of a nominee structure, with a European VAT number is £4380. This includes a Cypriot company with a nominee director to establish Cypriot residency, and a Seychelles nominee company, together with an agency contract linking the two companies.

This includes government fees, the first year's domiciliation (provision of registered office and registered agent) and the required share certificates, certificate of incorporation.

The cost of incorporating a simple Seychelles Nominee company is £1100.

The company will be incorporated using your chosen name and we ensure that the procedure is as simple for our clients as possible. The whole incorporation process can be arranged online and we will administer the preparation and filing of all registration forms on your behalf. Upon receipt of the filing confirmation from the Companies Registry, we will email you with the incorporation details and then forward the premium binder containing all the official certificates and documentation.
