The Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) Company Formation
A Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) is a limited liability company that conducts all it's business outside the Seychelles. They are very popular as under the Seychelles International Companies Act they are exempt from tax, the directors and shareholders are confidential and there are no filing requirements.
A company in the Seychelles must have a unique name, it may be in any language but the English translation must be approved. It must have a suffix of Corporation, Limited, Incorporated, GmBH, Societe Anonyme, or similar. The appropriate abbreviation can also be used.
It is a requirement that a Seychelles IBC must have a registered agent and a registered address where all official correspondence may be sent. This is provided as part of our incorporation service.
A Seychelles company only requires one person or corporation to act as a director. There is no restriction on nationality. These details are confidential.
Only one shareholder is required. Shareholders may be of any nationality and may be corporate entities. These details are confidential. Nominee Shareholders are a permitted.
There is no minimum share capital and it may be expressed in any currency.
A Seychelles IBC does not have any filing requirements, though all companies are required to keep a record of their accounts.
A Seychelles IBC can be incorporated in two days once all information and proof of identity have been accepted.
