A Seychelles company is required to file its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, together with any amendments. This report will contain details in respect to IBCs which are registered with SIBA (Seychelles International Business Authority) by initiating a company search. Through the search you will obtain the following information:
- Full Company Name
- Registration Number
- Date of Incorporation
- Authorised Share Capital
- Registered Agent
- Registered Office Address
- Date and description of any hypothecation, mortagage or charge registered
- Last payment and due date of annual fees
- Status of the company (i.e. Good Standing or Not in Good Standing)
Please note that this report will not provide information regarding shareholders and directors. Searches submitted to the registry will be done on the exact name provided, please check for accuracy.
Apostilled and Certified Copies of Official Company Documents - from £150 each document
Copies of apostilled company documents can be obtained for you from the Seychelles International Business Authority.
The following list are the documents that can be obtained:
- Certificates of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association / Statutes
- First Resolution
- Certificates of Good Standing / Letter of Good Standing - £200
An Apostille enables the presenter to bypass further certification and immediately use the documents in the intended country. It involves the addition of a certificate, attached to the document which certifies:
- Country of origin of the document
- Name and identity of the signature - Capacity in which a document has been signed
- Official seal - Name of authority which has affixed a seal or stamp to the document
- Place, date and document number
