Company Name
When incorporating any Swedish business, it is important to carefully choose a business name. The most common and simplest way of protecting the name of the enterprise is registering it with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Registration will result in a registration number and your Limited company name will be protected throughout Sweden.

Share Capital
Starting a limited company in Sweden requires a minimum of SEK 50,000 (€5600) in share capital. The share capital may consist of funds or property.
Directors
Swedish companies are required to have one Swedish resident director. Requirements are that a Swedish resident must be appointed to the company to accept service of legal documents. We can supply this service shoud you require.
