UK Ready Made Companies

All our ready made companies were incorporated then filed non trading/dormant accounts every year together with the Annual Returns. The companies are incorporated with neutral names, wide objects, standard articles and normally with a share capital of £1,000.

They are available immediately, are fully inclusive of all necessary documentation, and the company name can be changed if required.

Established Companies/ Ready Made UK Private Limited Company

As soon as the proposed new directors and secretary have signed the official forms in which they consent to act and notified a new registered office address, and once our fixed fee has been paid, the ready made company will be transferred to you ready to trade immediately.

Established Companies

Established Ready Made Shelf Companies (sometimes called old shelf or established shell companies) are companies that we incorporated ourselves in the previous years, but have never traded or carried out any business transactions.

Advantages of an Old Ready Made Shelf Company

You may need an aged corporation for the following reasons:

• Establishing a history for your business
• Government Agencies, distributors and manufacturers often require a company to have been in business for a certain period of time
• Certain companies will only do business with other companies that have existed for at least 12 months or more.
• Some contracts require a certain age to your corporation

Advantages include:

• Corporate image is enhanced with age - the older a company is, the more confident people will feel in dealing with you
• Obtaining bank loans, corporate credit cards and other credit facilities are easier when you can show you have history - the age is what matters most
• Establishing credit with investors and leasing companies (most lenders require a minimum of 2 and usually 3 years history in order to establish corporate credit history) is easier with age

We have one month to 10 year old aged Ready Made Companies available for immediate transfer, fully inclusive of all documentation. Established companies are guaranteed to be clear of any business debts or liabilities.

These companies can immediately be made available as the Incorporation Certificate has already been issued, and the company bank accounts can also be immediately opened for the same reason.

The company directors will be changed from our nominee staff directors to the directors of your choice, and all the formation documents such as the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company and the relevant Company Secretarial Forms,  are immediately available.
