| The company must publish two Directors resolutions shortly after incorporation. The first is the Constitution of the Board into Body and relates to the appointment of the company’s signatories. The second is a special Board Resolution required by law, by which the Board certifies that the share capital of the company has been paid into the company’s bank account. | £315 | €400 |

The cost is determined by the following factors:
- Capital concentration fee: 1% of the equity capital
- Notary's fees, dues, stamp duties, etc. are €440 (approx)
- Contributions to the Lawyer's Fund are 1.5% of the total equity capital
- Attorney's Fees are 1% of capital up to €15,000, plus 0.5% of capital in excess of €15,000
- Government Gazette fees are €235
- Registration with the local court is €60
- Tax Office Dues are €146 for the registration of the company, plus €88 for each partner
- Registration with the Chamber of Commerce is €180
- Lawyer's Fund Contribution: 1.5 % of the equity
The required expenses for the establishment of the Branch are:
- Expenses for the translation of the above mentioned documents from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
- The expenses for the legalisation of all documents from the appointed Attorney as well as the expenses for the publication of the establishment
- Approval in the Government Gazette: Basic duty €206, plus
- Stamp duty 3.60% and contribution 7%, thus total €227 and €10 for TAPET (5% of the basic duty).
