Registered Office
In Greece there is not such term as Registered Office as applied elsewhere in Europe. Here, a real address is requested by the authorities and the space is physically inspected by tax officers. The clients should bear in mind that monthly costs to maintain a Limited Liability Company in Greece, irrespective of the volume of transactions should normally amount to €1000 for the seat and the accounting service, which is obligatory
