- I want to avoid as much administration as possible, ideally I don't want to file accounts or annual returns. Where should I incorporate?
- I don't understand why people incorporate in 'tax-advantage' countries like the UK, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Spain. Why do these countries have an advantage over traditional 'offshore' centres?

- What are the main reasons for using an offshore company?
