Seychelles Company Search Report
The contents of a Seychelles company search report will include:

- Guarantee amount of the company - if applicable
- Number of outstanding charges registered by the company
- Date and description of any mortgage or charge registered

Please note that this report will not provide information regarding shareholders and directors, as this information is not available in the Seychelles.

Seychelles Certificate of Good Standing
We can supply a Certificate of Good Standing from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority certifying that the company is in Good Standing.
The certificate resembles the Certificate of Incorporation and is required to formally confirm the companies continued legal existence, it also confirms that all administrative requirements have been complied with.
The Certificate of Good Standing will not be issued if there are overdue fees or penalties due and the status will need to be restored.
Apostilled copies of Official Company Documents
Copies of apostilled company documents can be obtained for you from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority.
The following list are the documents that can be obtained:
- Certificates of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association / Statutes
- Certificates of Good Standing
An Apostille enables the presenter to bypass further certification and immediately use the documents in the intended country. It involves the addition of a certificate, attached to the document which certifies:
- Country of origin of the document
- Name and identity of the signature - Capacity in which a document has been signed
- Official seal - Name of authority which has affixed a seal or stamp to the document
- Place, date and document number

Maintaining Company Records
A Seychelles company is required to file its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, together with any amendments. A company is not required to file its Register of Directors, Register of Shareholders, Register of Charges or an Annual Return. All these documents are kept by the companies at the Registered Office.
Seychelles International Business Authority
The Seychelles International Business Authority is the Registrar for International Business Companies operating in the Seychelles. It is also the Authority for the licensing and regulating of Seychelles offshore businesses.

Certificate of Good Standing

Certificate of Incorporation
Upon incorporation every company is issued with a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies. This certificate is legal proof of the company’s existence and is often required when conducting business transactions. We are able to obtain official registry certified copies of this document.
Memorandum & Articles of Association
Upon incorporation all companies must draft and file with the Registrar of Companies a Memorandum and Articles of Association which govern how the company operates and the constitution.
