The Seychelles International Business Authority covers the licensing and regulation of offshore business activities.

It is the Registrar for International Business Companies, International Trusts, Protected Cell Company, Companies Special License, and Limited Partnerships.

Seychelles Company names

All intended company names for Seychelles IBC’s must be approved by the SIBA Authority.

Upon the approval of a proposed company name by the Registrar, the proposed name can be reserved for a period of 30 days from the date of approval.

A Seychelles IBC name must end in an approved suffix to denote limited liability: including Limited, Ltd., Corporation, Corp., Incorporated, Inc., Société Anonyme, S.A., Namloze Vennootschap or their abbreviations.
