Company Search / Certificate of Good Standing

A company search contains the same information as the Certificate of Good Standing which is an excellent way to confirm the existence and current status of Liberian non-resident companies .

The search will contain:

• The name of the company
• The date of registration/incorporation
• The company registration number
• The name and address of the Registered Agent
• That the entity remains in good standing

Establishing the existence of a Liberian company and obtaining copies of official company documents held at the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry (LISCR) may be required for:

• Due Diligence – confirmation of a Liberian company’s existence
• Legal requirements – certified company documents

Timescale: 5 – 6 business days

Certificate of Good Standing

We are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Standing from the Companies Registrar certifying that a company is in good standing. The Certificate confirms the company’s continued legal existence and all administrative requirements have been complied with.

Certificate of Incorporation

Upon incorporation, every company is issued with a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies. This certificate is legal proof of the company’s existence and is often required when conducting business transactions. We are able to obtain official registry certified copies of this document.
