Company Name

A BVI company name must be unique. Each company name must end with the suffix Corporation, Limited, Incorporated, Société Anonyme, Sociedad Anonima or an appropriate abbreviation.

The company must have a registered office and registered agent in the BVI which we provide as part of our services.

Directors

A BVI company requires only a single director. A director may be of any nationality.

Shareholders

Only one shareholder is required. Shareholder details are kept confidential.

Share Capital

There is no minimum issued share capital, the standard authorised share capital is $50,000; this may be expressed in any currency.

Filing Requirements

 Memorandum & Articles are prepared and filed. These confirm the Registered Agent , Registered Address, Authorised share capital and currency, Company Name, Incorporation Date and detail the company law under the BVI Business Companies Act,2004.

Timescale

Once all necessary information has been received, along with proof of identity, the incorporation process takes only two days to complete.

Your company will be incorporated using your chosen name and we will ensure that the procedure is as simple as possible. The whole incorporation process can be arranged online and we will administer the preparation and filing of all registration forms on your behalf.

Upon receipt of the filing confirmation from the Registry of Corporate Affairs, we will email you with the incorporation details and then forward the premium binder containing all the official registration certificates and documentation.

Proof of Identity

As part of our due diligence, we require certified proof of identity in the form of a certified passport copy for all directors, shareholders and beneficial owners of the company together with up to date certified proof of residency.

Travel

Travelling to the BVI is not required to incorporate a company.
