BVI companies have to file the directors register with the BVI registry. It can be ordered as a separate item to the company search.

BVI Company Search Report

A BVI company search report layouts the current position of a BVI company in accordance with the records held at the Registry of Corporate Affairs.

  • List of company filings – including date, transaction number, description of filing, status, general filing
  • Certificate History – including type of certificate, transaction number and date of filing

BVI Certificate of Good Standing

BVI Certificate of Good Standing Timescale: Email copies sent  2 – 3 working day | Courier depends on location

Delivery: PDF copies sent via email | Originals copies sent via courier

We can provide a BVI Certificate of Good Standing from the Registrar of Corporate Affairs certifying that the company is up to date with all administrative requirements.

The BVI Certificate of Good Standing will not be issued if there are overdue fees or penalties due and the status will need to be restored.

BVI Certificate of Incorporation

BVI Certificate of Incorporation Timescale: Email copies sent  2 – 3 working day | Courier depends on location

Delivery: PDF copies sent via email | Originals copies sent via courier if ordered.

We can provide a certified copy or apostilled copy of the Certificate of Incorporation for any BVI registered company.

The certificate confirms the date the BVI company was incorporated and the Registrar of Companies certify that in respect of the incorporation all requirements of the BVI companies Act were satisfied.

If the current company status is Struck/ Dissolved only a scanned copy of the document can be provided by the BVI registry.

BVI Memorandum and Articles of Association

The Memorandum and Articles of Association are statutory documents that must be drafted and filed with the Registry upon the incorporation of the company. The documents govern how the company is to operate, its relationship with the outside world and the company’s constitution. Certified documents  cannot be issued by the registry for companies not in Good Standing.
